Today in Southern Orange County, I went to an investment seminar with Jay Massey, financial planner turned real estate investor. He watched his most successful clients and found that they all owned real estate. Jay owns over 200 investment properties, and his family lives off their cash flow. He bought his first property in 2008, so he’s a great example of recent real estate wealth to learn from

Real estate works best with a team. Jay tries to buy at least one property a month, and he does it with other people’s money and credit.

It’s important to get educated. Jay recommends the Renatus Group. You can learn from others or the school of hard knocks…but the school of hard knocks is emotional and expensive. Try the creative acquisitions strategies class. (link)

$37,900 was the median home value in 1974.

Do you think the median is more or less now?

Jay explained that our dollars just go less ‘far’. The services and products are the same, they just cost more to provide.

Would you like to have a property you paid less than 40k for? Everyone would, because it’s worth much more now! Real estate is a great long term investment option.

Plus, because real estate is done with a team, when something goes wrong…you don’t have to handle it yourself! But you do earn the majority of the cash flow. Retirement doesn’t have to be an age, it can be reality in younger years if real estate is in your portfolio.

Only 4% of Society is financially independent. Of that 4%, 74% of them own real estate. Those numbers just prove the easiest and best path to wealth is through real estate.
